TERMS & CONDITIONS

Placement of order will result in the page going live immediately upon approval and a legally binding contract being entered into by either party.

Cancellation must be made in writing within 7 days of an order being placed. After the 7 day period this is a legally binding contract of purchase of a FULL Listing on The Big Pub Guide website.

Advertising of businesses within the BigPubGuide.co.uk website remains, at all times, the discretion of the website owner.

The website owner maintains an Acceptable Usage Policy, which is set out below, and any deviation from this shall cause any offending advert to be removed immediately it is discovered. Irregular checks of content are performed. The website owner reserves the right to add holding images or text to any enhanced entries that do not have images or updated text within 28 days of placing order.

All published advert costs are exclusive of VAT and remain valid for 12 months.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Payment Conditions.

£145 + VAT for 12 months subscription on the Big Pub Guide website as a FULL Listing.

Please ensure you have read the conditions carefully and agree to make payment with in 7 days upon receipt of invoice.

Acceptable Usage Policy

This acceptable use policy sets out the terms between you and us under which you may access our website www.bigpubguide.co.uk which refers to these terms (our site). This acceptable use policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, our site.
